Windows 10 Low FPS and Black Screen Solutions

Solution 1:

Download the d3d9.rar file and open it with WinRAR. Extract the d3d9.dll file inside and place it into the main directory of your game folder. If the problem persists or you receive an Exception error, delete the file and check Solution 2.

Solution 2:

Go to http://www.dlldownloader.com/tr/d3d9-dll/ and scroll down to the “Other Versions of the D3d9.dll Library” section. Download each file one by one and place it into your game folder, testing each version until the lag issue is resolved. If you encounter any errors or issues, delete the current file and download the next d3d9.dll version to continue testing.
